Wow, I just read an article recently by Mike Filey from the Toronto Sun newspaper that said our population in the City of Toronto as so noted on the city's own web site is 2.48 million.  Now Mike goes on to say that the figure is sometimes confused with the population of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).  That figure is 5.5 million which is made up of the populations of City of Toronto plus the neighboring Regional Municipalities of York, Halton, Peel and Durham. 

Now that is truly amazing, how much our population has grown and continues to grow and that all of us Torontonians seem to get along fairly well.  I can go from the east end of the City all the way to the west end of the City and feel safe and I am travelling through all different neighborhoods.  I can go by car, bus, streetcar, subway,  walking, running, or biking and I would still say I am in the Best City in the World.

One of the best things about living in Toronto is that I also am a Real Estate Agent and I get to travel around quite easily and actually visit and have visited some of the best houses in the City and some of the less desirable houses in the City.  The one thing that they all have in common is YOU.. You the person that chose to be in this Great City Called Toronto..the Gathering Place...The Place that I have chosen as my home and hopefully a place you will too.  And if you already have and you need a Real Estate Agent..Call me I would love to talk to you about this City Called Toronto and find you the perfect Home...until next time, Kathy
